Online Security

Securely maintaining your credit card information is important to us. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

  • All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.
  • All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
  • Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
  • Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to correct any printing or incorrect pricing errors.


Some large & heavy orders incur extra costs depending on product & delivery location.

Australian & International Delivery

Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You will be contacted immediately if this is the case. We are not responsible for incorrectly supplied delivery details.

International Ordering

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. Electric Eyes reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia. Some products are not available to international customers due to supplier trading agreements.

Customs and International Duty

International orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.


Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for an online credit or refund less shipping. Items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unaltered) with the original tags attached. Please allow 10 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Prior to returning the item, email us at info@electriceyes.com.au to ensure that we are aware of your intention to return your goods and you will be supplied with a return authorisation number. Once the return has been processed, and the item has been inspected, we will credit you with your choice of a store credit or refund. Please note that the item will remain the responsibility of the sender until it returns to Electric Eyes. We recommend all products be return via registered post.


If, for any reason, you would like to exchange the item you have purchased for a different size or alternate product, we would be happy to offer an exchange. To ensure that the item you want is in stock, please email us at info@electriceyes.com.au requesting the new item, and outlining the item you wish to exchange. We will then place that item on hold, and once your return has been inspected and processed, we will issue your new item. If there is any difference in price between the two items, it will either be deducted from your credit card (for more expensive items), or offered in the form of a store credit (for less expensive items). Please note that the returned item will remain the responsibility of the sender until it returns to Electric Eyes, we recommend that all items should be returned using registered mail.

Sale/Discounted Items

Unfortunately sale items and purchases made with a coupon code, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, we are more than happy to offer a store credit that may be used on any items listed. Should you wish to return a sale or discounted item, please contact us at info@electriceyes.com.au


In result of a warranty claim please contact info@electriceyes.com.au we will inform you of the suppliers return procedure.
